CALL OFF

phrasal verb

to cancel an event, activity, or plan


They called off the meeting because the manager was sick.


The game was called off due to bad weather.


The workers called off their strike after reaching an agreement.



CALL OUT

phrasal verb

to criticize someone publicly


She called out her boss for being unfair.


He was called out for making a mistake in the report.


The journalist called out the company for misleading advertising.



So, the correct answer is c.called off.
